At the time of Hijrat (migration) to Madina at 1 year A. H. (After Hijra) Prophet Mohammad (Peace Be Upon Him) had asked all tribes of Madina to draw an agreement to resolve conflicts between all of them and for management of affairs. This written agreement was the THE FIRST WRITTEN CONSTITUTION OF THE WORLD. It was between Prophet Muhammad and all the tribes of Madina. This .document has been written in the books of Ibn Ishaq and Abu Ubaid.
