Allah(SWT) has explained every issue well in detail in Quran but nothing about five times prayers. It is said that these five time prayers are there in Zoroastrain religion. In Islam there were formal prayers of just one unit of Sura Fateha when Prophet(S) used to call people to listen to new revelation and after saying Ameen, Muslims would turn their faces each side, That was making a self promise to be on righteous path all the time. After that Prophet(S) used to tel about the new messages. Those calls were confined to three times. Morning, Noon, and evening.

Persians from Zoroastrain religion converted to Islam Deen brought their prayers with them and included as part of Islam Deen. Muslims are blindly following it.

After the death of Prophet(S) those Persian writers disguised themselves as great scholars, invented fake stories and fake Hadees and forced people to follow their books instead of Quran.

If these prayers were so important Allah (SWT) would have rewarded and made all devotees as angels flying in air or Super Power of the world. In reality all are gone down to gutters.
